This Privacy Policy explains how CoderMate Ltd ("CoderMate", "we", "us"), operator of the Fulcra brand, collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you visit fulcra.dev or engage with our services. We act as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Bulgarian data protection law.

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

We collect the minimum data needed to operate this site and respond to inquiries:

  • Contact form submissions: name, email, company (optional), and the message you write.
  • Analytics (with consent): anonymised page views, referrer, device type, and approximate region via Vercel Analytics. No cookies are stored for analytics.
  • Technical logs: IP address, user agent, and request paths, kept for security and abuse prevention. Retained 30 days.

3. Why we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry (legal basis: pre-contractual steps / legitimate interest).
  • To improve the site and detect abuse (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • To send analytics traffic data, only after you accept cookies (legal basis: consent).

4. Cookies

Essential cookies are used for security and consent state and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies are only set if you click Accept all in the cookie banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell or rent your data. Limited processors handle data on our behalf:

  • Vercel Inc. — hosting, analytics, edge delivery (US/EU).
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions.

All processors are bound by data processing agreements and appropriate safeguards for international transfers (Standard Contractual Clauses).

6. Retention

  • Contact inquiries: up to 24 months after our last exchange.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Analytics: aggregated indefinitely; individual events are anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under GDPR you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email hello@fulcra.dev. We respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Access to systems is limited and authenticated. We do not store payment data on this site.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
